About Justin
As long as I can remember I’ve had a pencil in my hand. Drawing anything and everything I came in contact with. My main focus is on watercolor, pushing boundaries and techniques of the medium beyond its limits, while ALL of my work is hand sketched and hand painted with no digital aid of any kind.
I have been a full-time artist for the last decade. I have had many solo and shared art shows in galleries all over Columbus, and nationwide, taught a watercolor painting class at several local spaces, including McConnell Art center, as well as given private lessons and provided education and support to local and international art scene and many fellow artists.
My work has traveled far and wide all over the states and I have collectors in many counties including Canada, Japan, Australia and England and many more.
My influences have been Andy Warhol, pop art, 80s New York art scene, midcentury modern and atomic esthetics, but mostly music, life experiences and people.
